Meet Our Staff

CHERYL BROWN: Accounts Payable. Cheryl has been a part of our team here at Barrington since 2002. Cheryl brings us over 22 years of accounts payable/receivable experience to Barrington. Cheryl attended The University of Akron and she resides in Manchester with her son.

MIKE COX: Warehouse Manager/Production Assistant. Mike oversees all warehouse functions for our company including supplier deliveries, inventory management, job scheduling and order preparation. Mike also does all of our builder estimating and take offs. Mike joined the Barrington team over 10 years ago. Mike holds an Associates Degree from Stark State.

POLLY DIAS: Staff Accountant/Office Manager. Polly has been a part of our team since 2004. She brings over 18 years of accounting experience to Barrington. Polly attended UNC-Wilmington and National University in Vista, CA. She resides in Green with her husband and daughter.

DAN KAYLOR: Operations Manager. Dan has been with Barrington since its inception. Through the years Dan has held various positions within the company including Top Sales Performer. Dan’s current responsibilities have him overseeing our Operations Department which includes hiring and training of our installation crews. He lives in Coventry with his wife and 2 children.

JEANNE LOVEJOY: Builder/Retail Sales. Jeanne has been a part of our sales staff since 2003. She brings over 15 years of flooring experience to Barrington, from running a retail flooring store to estimating, bidding and overseeing job sites. Jeanne specializes in commercial and new construction.

VALERIE LUCKNER: Retail Sales. Valerie joined the team in 2007 and brings with her over 5 years of builder/wholesale floor covering experience. She is well versed in assisting customers in the flooring selections for color, design and function.

TERRY MACKEY: Customer Care Tech. Terry has been a part of the Barrington team since 1992. Terry runs all of our warranty calls for our major builders and retail sales. He is certified by Mannington and Karastan Carpet. Terry is married and resides in Ellet with his wife and son.

KURT NEADING: Sales Manager. Kurt joined the team at Barrington in 2007 as our sales manager. Kurt brings over 27 years of floor covering experience to Barrington. When Kurt is not working with our sales team he is kept quite busy at home with his wife and 4 children (not to mention the dog and cat).

CRAIG PHILLIPS: President. Craig came to Barrington in 2007 after spending the previous 12 years as a supplier partner to Barrington. He brings over 25 years of flooring experience to the team. Most recently he was Vice President of Sales for SPI Floors. Craig resides in Plain Township with his wife and 2 children.

BRENDA RIGGS: Retail Sales. Brenda joined our team in 2006. Brenda assists our customers in their selections for color, design and function. In our effort to be environmentally friendly Brenda scans all the stores paperwork and files into our computer system. We then have all the records shredded and recycled.
